1961	Thurman Gillespy, Jr., M.D. began practice in Daytona Beach. Over the next 3 years Paul Dodd, Jr., M.D. (Retired), Gilbert A. Martin, Jr., M.D. and Willis G. Stose, M.D. (Retired), joined Dr. Gillespy in partnership in the practice of orthopaedic surgery at the former Medical Arts Building on Volusia Avenue, Daytona Beach
1965	The practice moved to the current facility at 1075 Mason Avenue, Daytona Beach.
1970	The partnership converted to a professional association (P.A.) and became known as The Orthopaedic Clinic of Daytona Beach, P.A.
1987	Albert W. Gillespy, M.D. joined the practice.
1992	Mark C. Gillespy, M.D. joined the practice.
1994	Malcolm D. Gottlich, M.D. joined the practice.
1997	James M. Bryan, M.D. joined the practice.
2004	Brian R. Hatten, M.D. joined the practice.
2004	The practice opened a facility in the Twin Lakes Medical Center at 1890 LPGA Blvd., Suite 240, Daytona Beach.
2005	Jeffrey W. Martin, M.D. joined the practice.
2005	The practice opened a facility in Palm Coast at 4 Office Park Drive, Pod #1
